South Bucks Hospice is looking for a shop manager for its new shop in High Wycombe
As a shop manager you will be responsible for:
- managing stock, volunteers and staff
- merchandising and pricing
- ensuring budgets are met
- ensuring the shop provides a great shopping experience with exceptional customer service.
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
- previous retail management experience
- experience of providing excellent customer service
- a fun, energetic and results-orientated nature
- proven experience working to and exceeding shop targets

We also need part time staff to work with the manager.

Volunteering at South Bucks Hospice
There are many ways in which you can volunteer your services from helping once or twice a year at an event or street collections to a more regular committment working in one of our shops, driving, gardening, reception, administration or assisting the nurses.
