Karen’s BigSmiles Charity Trust is a local charity set up in 2011 to help local young adults with life limiting conditions. Karen Jenkins was a patient at South Bucks Hospice in 2010 and attended art therapy sessions which she loved as well as respite care at the Day Therapy centre at the hospice. This site is dedicated to her request that she could help others with similar life-threatening conditions. Her smile and enthusiasm was the cornerstone of her character during her illness and why the Charity has honoured her in this way through naming of the Charity which has been founded by the Jenkins family and friends from High Wycombe.
