About Us
 The South Bucks Hospice provides care for those with life-limiting illnesses, such as cancer and other chronic illnesses. Our Lymphoedema Clinic offers advice, treatment and support to those suffering with these debilitation conditions.
 All services to our patients are free of charge - but special care like ours is not cheap. As a registered charity, we have to raise 82% of the money ourselves. We rely on voluntary donations and the generosity of people to continue our caring work. The proceeds from the sale of merchandise from our Hospice shops gives us additional income. Importantly, the assistance of our loyal volunteers who give their time unselfishly, to raise money at various collections and fund raising events through the year, contributes further to patient care.
NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER APPOINTED
Commencing from January 1st, 2008 Tony Hardware, formally Chairman of the Trustees, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer.
New Chairman of Trustees, Michael Angus said “This position has been created with a view to supporting the ongoing work and future plans for the development of the hospice. Tony has been with the Charity since its inception in 1986. Apart from a short time working in Germany in 1995, he has held various senior positions as a trustee throughout this period. The Trustees are very pleased with this appointment considering his long service and experience of the services involved”
